Local station lane
SOP Checklist Builder
Turn a procedure into numbered stations, then stamp each one as you go.
SOP Checklist Builder is the Android app published by BARNETT DAVIES ENTERPRISES LIMITED. Version 1.0.0 uses package name com.sop.checklistbuilder. A playbook is a vertical lane of numbered stations. Closing a lane writes a local traveler. Playbooks, station text, and run logs stay in app-private files on the phone. There is no account and no cloud sync in this version.

On the lane
- Build a playbook as a vertical lane of numbered stations, not a flat checkbox list
- Mark a station MUST. The next station stays closed until that gate is stamped and a short note is saved
- An optional station can be stamped with an empty note
- A skipped MUST still needs a reason. The traveler records the skip, and the lane can continue
- Closing a lane writes a local traveler. The same playbook can be run again later
- A run copies the stations as they stand. Editing the playbook later does not rewrite old runs
- Groups — Prep, Check, Close, and Handoff — only color the spine. They do not change order
- Lift a station to a new hop. Numbers rewrite after you drop it. The MUST gate stays on the same card
- Duplicate a playbook. Past runs stay on the original
- Copy a local starter onto a new playbook: Cafe open kit, Register close kit, or Dock intake kit. Starters are not a store and not certified procedures
- Search playbooks and travelers. Filter the view by group, or show MUST stations first. Saved station numbers do not move
- Week counts show closed runs, skips, playbooks, and MUST stamps. Counts only. This is not a score
- Each save keeps a short version. A closed run keeps the version it started on
- Export JSON, CSV, or PDF through the system folder picker. Nothing is uploaded, and the app does not scan your other files
- Two themes stay on the device: Rust lane, or Night shop
- Reminders stay off until you turn them on. The system notice prompt appears only after you continue
Kept off the lane
- No account and no cloud sync
- No advertising and no in-app purchases in version 1.0.0
- The app does not certify a workplace process and it does not replace your own checks
- This host does not print a store listing address
- This page does not state an install count or a rating
You are responsible for the text you type. Deleting one playbook removes that lane and its unused draft stations. Closed travelers stay in Runs. Clear all data removes playbooks, runs, starter lanes you edited, and reminder times from that phone. That cannot be undone.
